Outbound delivery is worldwide. Inbound coverage depends on country regulations and number availability — typically 60+ countries today. Send us your destination list and we'll come back with delivery rates and route quality per country.
Same protocol, different use case. A2P (application-to-person) covers all programmatic messages sent from your application — marketing, notifications, alerts, OTPs. OTP is a subset for one-time-password authentication. Both run on Talksy's gateway with the same API. OTP routes are prioritized for sub-second delivery.
Yes. Talksy connects to WhatsApp through Meta's Business Solution Provider program. You get template approval, conversation sessions, opt-in collection, and the compliance infrastructure required by Meta — without managing the BSP relationship yourself.
Every Talksy client is provisioned a separately configured server with their own database, message store, recording storage, and credentials. Your routing, templates, contact lists, and call recordings never share infrastructure with another customer. Isolation is the default — not a paid add-on.
